I’m a devoted practitioner of Lean Methodologies, not only in business, but in every aspect of life. The blend of Lean Design and Human Centricity and how they affect business growth is why I co-founded ERGO.
I believe companies should openly adopt an experimentation mindset. Conducting short experiments to validate assumptions, test new concepts and inform decison making, is the gateway to innovation. Companies that give their employees the space to do so show a steeper innovation curve.

I find coziness and solitude in painting & sketching. It's remarkably therapeutic to experiment with unusual canvases like walls, stones, or furniture.
EXTENDED BIO
Karim Morcos is a serial entrepreneur with an accumulated experience in arts, technology and service industries. His passion for education and technology enabled him to excel in multiple roles, both in academia as a computer science lecturer in higher education, and in the service industry as a services professional at Microsoft.
Later, Karim founded Imperial Creation, a digital solution consulting firm, currently serving leading corporate brands in Egypt. He later founded PABLO, a digital photography app, with a patented algorithm for light painting videos. With his accumulated experience, Karim co-founded ERGO, a leading innovation consulting firm, working with corporates, scale-ups, and entrepreneurs to design and build innovative solutions, and enhance the human experience.
Karim received a Bachelor’s degree from University of Toronto with a double major in Computer Science and Mathematics, and a Masters degree from University College London in Vision, Imaging and Virtual Environments.
