BUSINESS GROWTH ASSOCIATE

ERGO is currently seeking a creative business growth associate to join our team. We are looking for someone with a unique blend of passion for human-centered design and a craft for business development. Successful candidates will work as a core member of ERGO’s interdisciplinary team, drawing on deep empathy for client needs and aspirations to help define design opportunities that are actionable and impactful.

ONCE YOU JOIN US, YOU WILL
- Collaborate with the leadership team to co-define, monitor and constantly evaluate ERGO’s business growth strategies.
- Develop and support key relationships around innovation between ERGO and strategic clients and partners across industry and government.
- Frame up inspiring collaboration opportunities with clients that align with their strategic goals, and ERGO’s design philosophy.
- Prepare compelling project proposals that showcase how ERGO can add value in relation to different markets, industries and design challenges.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE & MINDSET
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. You are an empathetic listener; and communicate evocatively in written text.
- Passion and skill for building relationships. You are energized by connecting with people, and creating opportunities for rich collaboration.
- Project management skills. You are detail oriented, and able to manage competing demands by coordinating across stakeholders.
- Passion for human-centered design. You have an understanding of human-centered design principles, and the values it can bring to different markets and industries.
