WHAT TO EXPECT
Our internship experience is designed for candidates who are passionate about innovation. During our immersive internship program, interns get the chance to collaborate with ERGO project teams, participate in clients’ meeting, gain deep insight into the work we do, and learn new skills across disciplines.
Ongoing projects provide plenty of opportunities for our interns to improve their skills in ethnographic research, design thinking, systems thinking, and innovation strategies. In addition to project work, our internship program includes innovation trainings and workshops, and a mentorship program to create a reflective experience that supports professional growth goals.
Interns can work remotely, with occasional office visits, to accomodate their academic schedule.

- You are a good writer and a talented storyteller.
- You are currently enrolled in (or have recently completed) an undergraduate degree program in one of the following fields.
Anthropology, Sociology, Psychology, Architecture, Arts, Design, Media, Communication, Economics, Business or other Social Sciences or Humanities fields.
