In a Nutshell
We’re looking for a thoughtful and agile Engagement & Delivery Coordinator to support the successful execution of a national social research and insight project. This is a project-based role where you’ll work across people, processes, and partnerships to keep the work running smoothly — from fieldwork coordination to team communication and timeline tracking.
You’ll be the connective tissue between researchers, designers, field teams, and collaborators, ensuring clarity, consistency, and forward momentum at every step. If you thrive on collaboration, structure, and creative problem-solving, this role is for you.

Once you join us, you will
- Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables across the core team and external collaborators
- Support recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding of regional field researchers and freelancers
- Track deadlines, dependencies, and progress across all project components
- Prepare team agendas, status updates, and coordination notes
- Communicate clearly with internal team members and external partners to keep everyone aligned
- Manage logistics for field visits, pilot studies, synthesis workshops, and review sessions
- Organize documentation and maintain a shared, navigable project workspace
- Track budgets, process freelancer payments, and support documentation for project reporting
Relevant Experience and Mindset
- You bring 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, research operations, or program delivery
- You are proactive, detail-oriented, and energized by keeping teams and timelines in sync
- You’re comfortable working with a variety of tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Airtable, etc.)
- You’re a clear communicator who thrives in fast-moving, cross-functional teams
- You understand the nuances of fieldwork in Egypt, and are culturally attuned to working across different regions and contexts
- You’re calm under pressure, collaborative by nature, and eager to learn
- You’re bilingual (Arabic and English), and able to work fluidly across both languages
